Faith Works By Love

Faith works by love.
“6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.” Galatians 5:6 (English Standard Version)

“13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned,[a] but have not love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[b] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8 Love never ends.” (Continues)
I Corinthians 13:1-:8 (English Standard Version)

Are You Going to Accept or Reject GOD’S WORD as Truth, Today?

Choose This Day who you will serve
“14 “Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. 15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, …” Joshua 24:14-:15 (English Standard Version)

“Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.”
“15 “‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! 16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. 17 For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked.” Revelation 3:15-:17 (English Standard Version)

A fool says in his heart that there is no GOD.
“The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”” Psalm 14:1 (English Standard Version)

Today, If You Hear His Voice, Do Not Harden Your Hearts Hebrews 3:7-:11

“7 Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says,

“Today, if you hear his voice,
8 do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion,
on the day of testing in the wilderness,
9 where your fathers put me to the test
and saw my works for forty years.
10 Therefore I was provoked with that generation,
and said, ‘They always go astray in their heart;
they have not known my ways.’
11 As I swore in my wrath,
‘They shall not enter my rest.’”” Hebrews 3:7-:11 (English Standard Version)

Seek the Lord While HE May Be Found

“6 “Seek the Lord while he may be found;
call upon him while he is near;
7 let the wicked forsake his way,
and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.” Isaiah 55:6-:8 (English Standard Version)

Acknowledge HIM and HE Will Direct Your Paths

In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.
“5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall [b]direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) (New King James Version)

If THE SON Sets You Free (John 8:36)

GOD’S WORD IS LIVING AND ACTIVE! Hebrews 4:12-:13 (Amplified Version of THE HOLY BIBLE)

THE WORD OF GOD IS LIVING!
THE WORD OF GOD IS ACTIVE!
“12 For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged [b]sword, penetrating as far as the division of the [c]soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, and revealed to the eyes of Him with whom we have to give account.” Hebrews 4:12-:13 (Amplified Version of THE HOLY BIBLE)

Let the Wise Hear and Increase in Learning (Proverbs 1:1-:6)

The scriptures that follow provide revelation and insight about what we expect to gain as we read through the entire book of Proverbs. (We are aiming to read at least one chapter each day. Please join us!)

“The Beginning of Knowledge
1 The proverbs of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel:

2 To know wisdom and instruction,
to understand words of insight,
3 to receive instruction in wise dealing,
in righteousness, justice, and equity;
4 to give prudence to the simple,
knowledge and discretion to the youth—
5 Let the wise hear and increase in learning,
and the one who understands obtain guidance,
6 to understand a proverb and a saying,
the words of the wise and their riddles.” Proverbs 1:1-:6 (English Standard Version)

Philippians 2:5-:11 (King James Version)

“5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:5-:11 (King James Version)
