I am Dedicated to helping to save and strengthen the lives (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) of youth and young àdults. I am also dedicated to helping them to identify and fulfill Purpose while living Peace-filled and Prosperous lives!

My name is Karen Allen and I am dedicated to helping to improve the quality of life for youth and young adults. As I was moving forward in working to set up projects designed to help our youth, young adults and those who assist them in the midst of this pandemic, I was faced with dealing with a housing challenge that demanded my attention. What I suffered impacted and is yet impacting the extremely vital work that I am doing to help our youth, young adults and those who assist them so I must address. I must address anything that interferes.
I am a CHRISTIAN. I know that there is a real GOD and a real devil. The devil intends evil. My GOD is greater than anything that the devil can do. I am determined to use what I have gone through, what I have experienced, for good. This includes helping others with housing related matters, this includes helping those dealing with eviction related matters.
I was not looking for a fight but I will deal with the manifestation. We war not against flesh and blood. Months have been spent doing research, making calls, writing responses and making contacts in an effort to address and deal with and prevent what I sincerely believe, based on law, to be a wrongful lawsuit and prevent what  based on law amounts to illegal.
Distracted from helping youth and young adults. Then eviction. Then faced with working to secure new housing. Eviction can make difficult $$$+(see press release)$$$$$$+ Add (More information about experiences including resources see links at the bottom of this page)$$$
Then I began to wonder how other families, families of children I who I care so deeply might being impacted by various eviction related matters. I have seen and experienced some unimaginable things. I am sounding the alarm. There are things that need to be spotlighted and dealt withPlan to help. Never considered eviction. Now advocate. Sharing what I have seen. Continue to discover. Continue to Sound alarm. Shine light. Assist as I can.
If happening here one of largest cities. Doubt what I experienced is an isolated event. The potentially widespread occurrences of wrongful evictions may not be known because people going through in isolation. Some ashamed. Some don’t even know that rights were violated. Others may not know how to respond. Many may not be able to afford to legally address or respond to illegal evictions. And there can be any other number of issues that arise when families, including precious children and elderly persons.
Again, I refuse to be stopped by any distractions and hindrances. Things that could have served to stop me have instead fueled me with an even greater  vision for helping youth, young adults and those who invest the lives of youth and young adults. I am also going to be addressing the housing needs of families in addition to what I planned to do in this season for those who I am called to serve. This includes, but may not be limited to, assisting them in maintaining and securing quality housing (This includes helping to provide housing to those who I am called to serve.) I also plan to help them to identify and heal from trauma that they may have experienced (So many are experiencing trauma associated with the pandemic, evictions, unemployment, poverty, rising crime and other issues that we are seeing in society today.)

I am determined that what I have been though will be used for the benefit of many others. I plan on sharing what I have learned.
If you are any of the following, I kindly ask that you be sure to review the information shared here because you could play a part in helping to save lives. There is so much going on. Our youth and young adults need help. The lives of youth and young adults are too important! I am determined to do my part to help them.”
“I am taking the bold, necessary steps to identify the resources that can help to improve the quality of life for youth and young adults.”(For more details about the important work, including the exciting movements, being done to help to positively impact the lives of youth and young adults, please keep reading.)What’s Going on In Harris County Courts in Texas? (Could Thousands Upon Thousands of Lives, Including Those in a Big City Such as Houston, Texas, Be at Risk and in Jeopardy?)These are questions that must be answered during this very critical time in our nation. If what I have gone through is any indication of what is taking place in Harris County courts, the answer is yes.
Thank you for reviewing this extremely important correspondence. I trust that your concern for what is taking place in our nation will cause you to explore and act on the issues being presented here.
As you well know, the pandemic is still very real. With the ending of eviction moratoriums in many areas, more families are facing the the possibility of losing the very roofs over their heads. Isn’t it more important than ever to ensure that individuals receive fair and just treatment within our nation’s judicial systems?
Don’t people have enough to be concerned about without having to worry about whether or not a judge will wrongfully throw them out into the street causing them to face the dangers of homelessness during a national pandemic?
A tremendous wrong has taken place in Harris County. I have faced a wrongful eviction. Thiis eviction occurred as the apparent refusal of Harris County judges to follow the law.
This occurred in Harris County, Texas in the city of Houston. If this can occur in a large city like Houston where so many could be negatively impacted, I believe that there is a reason for true concern.
I can’t help but wonder how many other people have been negatively impacted by his actions.
I also wonder how many other people have been negatively Impacted by the actions of Harris County justice of the peace and county court judges.
Evictions can negatively impact the lives of individuals in a number ways. This includes impeding one’s future ability to secure quality housing. I hope that you understand how detrimental this could be to the lives of people especially during these times.
Due to the wrongful eviction that I suffered, the following is only a fraction of the challenges that have occurred:
My family was thrown out in the street
Our possessions were destroyed by rain
We have faced sleeping in a car and in spare spaces of others
I have been forced to deal with the challenges that come when seeking to rent after an eviction
Not only am I faced with trying to secure a place to live after an illegal eviction, I am also working to continue my efforts to help our youth who are in need of both emotional and academic assistance during this time. This is quite challenging when one does not have a physical place to do the work necessary to provide virtual sessions.

The issues that I have addressed may have impacted far more people than we would like to believe. Would it be reasonable to think that this is an isolated event?
I seriously doubt that I am the only person who has suffered at the hands of judges who seem to have a blatant disregard for the lives of those in the communities that are comprised of the people who they are called to serve.

If the events that occurred in this case are not isolated events, then this is a very serious matter that needs to be addressed or the lives of many, many people could be in jeopardy. This matter deserves to be looked at in greater depth.
Based on the law, I suffered a wrongful eviction. The facts of the case are very clear from what I can see. The law is clear.  The facts of this case can be easily verified since the case is a matter of public record.
Judgments were rendered against me even after the presiding judges were presented with the facts of the case prior to, during and after the dates that the court cases were heard. Neither judge stated that what was presented was incorrect. Judge George Barnstone, when presented with the facts that the plaintiff did not follow proper eviction procedures, stated that he himself (George Barnstone) was a landlord. He also said that if the plaintiff wanted me out then I need to get out. There was no legal reason or legal reference as to why he was rendering the decision that he did. This took place in a court of record so his comments can be easily verified. It can be very dangerous if judges refuse to uphold the Iaw. What is the purpose of the law? Judges who do whatever they want can serve to greatly jeopardize the lives of families. Families that include children and the elderly.
The actions of such judges need to be highlighted. Such judges need to be held accountable for their actions. Their actions need to be reviewed and evaluated in order to discover how many people are being impacted by the actions of such judges. Their actions need to be reviewed and evaluated so that steps can be taken in order to prevent further wrongdoing. Their actions need to be reviewed and evaluated so that a clear plan of action to bring restoration to those who have been negatively impacted by wrongful evictions can be established.
