I am Dedicated to helping to save and strengthen the lives (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) of youth and young àdults. I am also dedicated to helping them to identify and fulfill Purpose while living Peace-filled and Prosperous lives!
Neighborhoods are made up of people. Marvelous Neighborhoods is about investing in the lives of people. There are so many components to this marvelous work. The goal is to help to improve the quality of life of people:
Spirit
Soul
Body
One of the greatest things about this incredible assignment is that many caring and yielded people are going to come together to do incredible things throughout this nation. Yes, work will be done to address mental, emotional, relational and physical needs of those in neighborhoods across this nation. But, the most important part of this movement is the spiritual aspect of this movement. I am expecting great, mighty and powerful manifestations of THE PRESENCE OF GOD!
Been speaking to me about the power of unity in THE BODY OF CHRIST.
Bringing together those of like mind and like heart.
The more that I move forward, the more that is unveiled to me. Right now, I am so excited about what is taking place and what is to come.

I am going to share the basics of why I am reaching out to you and I fully trust that HOLY SPIRIT will speak to your heart if we are connect further. This is the best thing because I only want what GOD wants. I am asking you to prayerfully consider this request.
I am Dedicated to helping to save and strengthen the lives (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) of youth and young àdults. I am also dedicated to helping them to identify and fulfill Purpose while living Peace-filled and Prosperous lives! (I do so by helping youth and young adults directly and by helping those (parents, ministers, educators, business leaders, organizational leaders and other community members) who invest in the lives of youth and young adults.)
I have committed myself to Radically Obeying GOD. I am taking bold steps and I am moving forward. I am trusting that HOLY SPIRIT has already assigned individuals to help me to do what GOD has assigned for me to do.
At this time, I am taking steps to connect with people who I am supposed to be connected with in order to learn as much as I can and to gain wisdom and assistance from as I boldly move forward in doing real estate deals that will help me to secure finances and properties to help me as I help youth, young adults and those who invest in the lives of youth and young adults by providing access to quality homes.
You may have knowledge that could prove beneficial as I move to develop communities, filled with quality housing, for the families that GOD has assigned for me to help. I am in the process of doing everything that I need to do in order to successfully fulfill this assignment. This includes gaining the necessary wisdom, knowledge and expertise needed: 1) to implement social and other programs to help families 2) to become successful developer and builder and 3) to do all that I am assigned by GOD to do.
My efforts include providing training to youth, young adults and those who invest in the lives of youth and young adults. A nonprofit has been established as a part of this work.
As I work to carry out the important work of helping youth and young adults, I understand that there are those who will help me and those who I am seeking to assist.
I know that there are caring and knowledgeable people who will help me as I work to save the lives of young people. I am looking to connect with these people who understand the importance of the work being done and who care enough to use what they have to help.
I need to find best strategies to secure properties now so that I can do what I need to do. I need to be equipped to develop communities and provide quality homes to families. I am committed to studying and learning as much as I can about securing and stewarding properties. Time is of the essence. I can not wait until I know everything and I am so glad that I don’t have to. There are people who are going to use what they have to help othersm You may have been blessed with various gifts, talents, abilities, experiences and resources that position you, in additional ways that I may not know of, to assist in the efforts to equip youth and young adults to live productive lives and to avoid unnecessary failure, destruction and even death.
I kindly ask that you also consider the other projects and initiatives that I am currently working on at this time. (At the end of this correspondence, I provide information that will guide you to the “About and Overview” page on my site where you will find more information about the work that I am doing.)
I know that the right people have been positioned both in their hearts and minds and have also been equipped with the knowledge and skills to help me to do all that GOD has called me to. I know that there are Christians, who operate in wisdom, who are also extremely knowledgeable about real estate who will help me as I work to help others.
Years ago, I pursued a life in real estate investing. I studied, read, listened to podcasts, participated in online communities, joined my local real estate investing group and attended real estate investment organization meetings. Things did not work out the way that I expected. That may not have been the season for me but I do know that real estate investing is going to be a vehicle to help to position me to help to positively impact the lives of many. While I will learn from many, I know that GOD has already positioned Kingdom people to help me as I build this business.
I have THE ASSIGNMENT.
I have THE ANOINTING.
I Do Not have all the answers…and I am okay with that? (I have decided to be okay with that.) Why? Because I know that there are those who are called to be instruments in THE HANDS OF GOD and to use what GOD has entrusted to them to help others.
I am making a Clarion Call to bring together those who will be a part of this marvelous movement.
Benefit not Reason GOD GOING TO MOVE MIGHTILY AMONGST
SPIRITUAL
Do only because you know that know that you are to be a part of this.
If you have selfish ambitions and are looking at participation as way to profit, please step away. This is THE LORD’S DOING.
Step away. If not, you stand to put yourself in a DANGER ZONE.
Each participant must have the right perspective.
What is the Right Perspective? The Right Perspective is that: This is about GOD. Each participant must believe and embrace and say this about his or her participation in this movement “I am doing what GOD HAS ASSIGNED FOR ME TO DO.”
Each person must believe that he or she is doing what he or she is called to do.
1) STEP INTO GLORY
2) another benefit, helping people
The Only Reason that those who are Called and Assigned to be involved in this movement become involved in is because you are called to be a part, it boldly resonates in you that you called to this.
A Marvelous Byproduct is that participants step INTO A MOVE OF GOD, INTO THE GLORY OF GOD AND CAN EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE GOD IN POWERFUL AND EXCITING WAYS IN, THROUGHOUT AND CONCERNING YOUR LIFE AND THE LIVES OF MANY THOSE WHO CONCERN YOU.
If thinking “why help her” step away. Must understand and embrace position in heart and mindset that you have been assigned to fulfill a role in GOD’S DIVINE PRODUCTION just like me.
I am called to help families by developing communities. This Includes helping families to live quality lives.
I am moving on the mwhat have. HOLY SPIRIT WILL HELP TO FLESH OUT.
Those who are Skilled and Will.

Help to secure (can take many forms. May be an investor and know strategy that can use in market.

Not trying to convince. As matter of fact, don’t want to convince. Only want those HOLY SPIRIT HAS CALLED.
I am Not trying to convince you to become involved.
I know that there are those who will read this and will be excited about using what they know to help others. I am committed to doing so. I am calling together others who are not only ready and willing to do, but will do the same.
Please do Not view as helping me.
You are Being instrumental in doing THE WILL OF GOD.
You will Be an instrument in THE HAND OF GOD.
You will be fululfilling a role assigned to you in GOD’S DIVINE PRODUCTION.
This is a Real way to help.
Use tools, talents, resources to help others.
Those who are a part of this are not waiting on the government to solve the problems.
We are going to use the power that we have to do good. We are going to use what’s in your hands to improve the quality of life for those in our world.
I am called to this. There are already people in place in hearts and minds ready to assist in achieving the goals of this work.
